Pilot program

We occasionally onboard 1–2 anchor accounts per quarter with aggressive commercial terms: high value, subsidized or zero initial software fees, focused on one bottleneck you choose. In return we require transparency, executive access for feedback, and—if we hit agreed metrics—permission to publish a detailed case (logo, numbers, narrative) under contract.
