Prices are in Mexican pesos plus VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices apply to standard-scope projects. Projects without a 3D model, with several typologies, incomplete modeling, many shots, complex animations, dynamic camera movements such as dolly or fast camera moves, or other special requirements may need an additional quote.
Important membership terms
Do unused experiences roll over?
Included experiences must be used within the corresponding month and do not roll over, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What counts as an experience?
An experience corresponds to a project, typology, space, or walkthrough defined within the contracted scope. Each building counts as one project.
Projects without a 3D model, with several typologies, incomplete modeling, many shots, complex animations, dynamic camera movements such as dolly or fast camera moves, or other special requirements may take more time and need a special quote.
What must the client provide?
The client should provide enough information to start production, such as:
- 3D model.
- BIM or CAD files, when available.
- Architectural drawings.
- Materials and finishes.
- Visual references.
- Proposed furniture.
- Landscaping.
- Images or complementary information.
What if the model needs corrections?
Significant cleanup, remodeling, optimization, or rebuilding of the model may be quoted separately.
How many revisions are included?
Each experience includes one round of minor revisions.
Design changes, extensive substitutions, remodelings, or modifications after the initial approval will be quoted separately.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes. On the Studio membership, paying for the full year includes a 10% discount: $321,840 MXN per year (equivalent to $26,820 MXN/mo), instead of $29,800 MXN monthly.
Is there a commitment period?
Monthly memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle under the commercial terms. The annual Studio plan is contracted for the full paid period.
Does it include ownership of the platform?
No.
The service includes production and publication of the contracted experience. The technology, structure, code, visualization system, and platform remain the property of RÜM Intelligence.
Does the client keep rights to the project?
Yes.
Drawings, models, designs, and architectural information provided by the client remain the property of their respective owners.
