Before you start.
Do I need Revit?
No. Revit models; RÜM runs the delivery. Leadership, site, finance and the client work in the browser. Whoever models in Revit uses the plugin, and models from other software come in as IFC.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Create an account and work with your team, tasks and dashboards at no cost. When you need the model, 4D/5D and the AI connectors, you switch to RÜM Intelligence.
Whose AI is it?
Yours. RÜM does not sell you an assistant: you connect the ChatGPT or Claude you already use and it answers with your real project data.
Can consultants and the client come in?
Yes. Consultants have their own portal and the client has a panel with the sections your team chooses to show.
What if my company needs its own system?
